Translation Party takes the old game of feeding English stuff into a translator and then retranslating it back and forth from Japanese, and makes it automatic.
It uses some kind of science to come up with what it feels is the funniest final product. Then the little bar at the bottom makes fun of you a little.
It's fun to see how many times you can make it go. It seems to have trouble with curse words....
